How do I make an account?

            Ordering Essentials products is easy! You must be 19+ and have a Canadian address. Simple send us a high resolution image, photo, or scan of you holding a valid primary Government issued ID parallel to your face that clearly displays your full name, face, and date of birth. As soon as your ID has be verified and your account is confirmed, you will receive an email notification with your membership information, your account will be activated, and you can start purchasing Essentials!

            If you are signing up for Wholesale Account. It will be a similar process. You will just have to fill out Wholesale form. You will receive an email once it is verified.

 

How do I place an order?

            Make sure you are logged onto your member account or wholesale account

            Select products you are interested in purchasing

            Add products to your cart by clicking “Add to cart” on the product page

            Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart in the top right corner of the screen

            When you are ready click “proceed to checkout”       

            During your checkout, you will be asked to fill in your shipping information. Once completed, click the “place order” button

            shortly after purchase you will receive an email with step-by-step instructions for e-transfer

            Once payment has been confirmed, we will ship out your product

 

What shipping method do you use?

            We use only Canada Post Xpresspost. We do not ship packages on Friday’s or any Canadian holidays. We do offer free shipping over $250.00.

 

How do I pay for an order?

            E-Transfer

            For e-transfer, you will receive an email with clear instructions on how to send payment

 

Does EssentialsCBD ship outside of Canada?

            Unfortunately, we only ship within Canada at this time.

 

When will my order ship out and when will I receive tracking information?

            We do our best to send each order out within 2 business days of receiving the order. You will receive a tracking number for your package within 24 hours of the order being processed (within 2 business day of placing order) . Orders are processed in the order they are received.

            We ship all of our packages through Canada Post. Our packages are clean, discreet packages, marked only with the shipping information provided. They display no compromising information.

 

How long will my package take to arrive?

            Most packages will arrive in under a week from the time of ordering, usually between 4-5 business days (western Canada) and 6-7 business days (eastern Canada). Once it is in the hands of Canada Post the time it takes to get to you is out of our control.

            NOTE: Some customers have noticed delays between receiving their tracking number from us and being able to track their package through Canada Post. This is a result of Canada Post not registering your tracking number until they have begun to process the 36 hours and is completely out of our hands.

 

Is a signature required when receiving my package?

            All packages will automatically be sent with a signature-required delivery confirmation. Packages have disappeared from doorsteps before! We will not be held liable for lost or missing packages.

 

Do you accept returns?

            Customer satisfaction is our guarantee. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with an item, simply return the unused product for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping will be fully reimbursed if the issue is due to an error from us.

Refunds are processed immediately once item is received and inspected.

 

Although we keep all our edibles refrigerated, during warmer seasons there is a chance some edibles may melt during shipping order at your own risk.
